DXTR RETURNS & QUALITY ISSUE POLICY


1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your DXTR pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be:

 

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

2. Quality Issues / Faulty Items

 

Quality is extremely important to us. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the fault

Once reviewed, we may request the item to be returned for inspection.

 

3. Inspection Process

For quality-related concerns, items must be returned so we can:

  • Carry out a full internal inspection
  • Forward findings to our manufacturer
  • Prevent future issues

Once the item is received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

 

  • The item has been returned
  • The inspection is complete

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.

 


5. Compensation Policy

As a small business, DXTR is unable to offer additional compensation beyond a refund for the returned product.

DXTR is not liable for:

  • Colour transfer onto other garments or surfaces
  • Staining caused by external factors such as sweat, lotions, detergents, or friction
  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage

Our resolution is limited to a refund or replacement of the DXTR product itself, once it is returned to us.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is confirmed to be faulty after inspection.

If the item is deemed faulty, return postage may be reimbursed.
